taxes. Until booking is confirmed
all rates are subject to

Discounts:
10% discount
for customers staying for 3
consecutive weeks.
15% discount
for customers staying for 4
consecutive weeks or more.
10% discount
for returning customers on
second and future bookings.
Additional
Charges:
Rentals of less than 7 nights will
be charged a £45/$80 cleaning charge.
Pool heat is optional at £95/$170 per
week with a one week minimum.
Payments - Payment can be made by
US or UK bank checks. Alternatively, you
can pay securely using any major credit
card with PayPal in Sterling, Dollars or
Euros. Online payments made by PayPal
are subject to a 4% surcharge to cover
the transaction costs.
Initial Deposit
- An initial deposit of £150/$300 plus a
completed booking form is required to
secure a booking. Your booking will be
held for 7 days until your deposit is
received. If the booking is made within
4 weeks of the start of your booking,
the full amount is payable immediately.
Security
Deposit - A security deposit of £100/$150 is
due along with the final balance 8 weeks
prior to arrival. The security deposit
is fully refundable pending an
inspection from our management company.
